Representation

Toy Connect (ABN 56 114 321 327) has supplied ANGLICARE with the Toy Connect Website Facility & Service (anglicare.toyconnect.com.au) for the duration of the 2007 Toys 'n' Tucker appeal. Products that are purchased on the website are purchased from Toy Connect and not from ANGLICARE. At the end of the appeal, Toy Connect will supply and bulk-deliver all purchased products to ANGLICARE. Toy Connect is independent of ANGLICARE, does not represent ANGLICARE and does not act as an agent of ANGLICARE. Toy Connect is not a registered charity.

Accepted Credit Cards

Toy Connect only accepts VISA, Mastercard and Bank Card.

Credit Card Security

All credit card transactions on Toy Connect are processed through a PayPal VeriSign payment gateway. All transaction processing is secured by 128-bit SSL encryption, plus PayPal meets the exacting standards of the major card associations, including SAS, PCI, and SDP. Receipt of Purchase

Toy Connect will email a Tax Invoice to all customers that purchase products on the website. The Tax Invoice will include Toy Connect's ABN, a unique identification number, a summary of the products purchased and the GST component of the total amount. The Tax Invoice is your proof of purchase.

Delivery of Products

At the end of ANGLICARE's Toys 'n' Tucker appeal, Toy Connect will supply and bulk-deliver all purchased products to ANGLICARE.

Product Substitution

In the unlikley event that products become unavailable, Toy Connect reserves the right to substitute purchased products for similar products of the same value.

GST

All prices quoted on Toy Connect include GST unless otherwise stated.

Product Pricing

Toy Connect always seeks to list products with the most competitive prices. Toy Connect reserves the right to change prices for products at any time.

No Refunds

Payments to Toy Connect are non-refundable.

Credit Card Fraud

Whilst Toy Connect employs the latest in Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology software for its transactions with our customers, Toy Connect will not be responsible for any damages, consequential losses (whether direct or indirect) suffered by a customer whose credit card is fraudulently used or is used in an unauthorised manner.

Liability

Toy Connect will not be liable for any loss of income, loss of profits, loss of contracts, loss of data or for any indirect or consequential loss or damage of any kind howsoever arising and whether caused by tort (including negligence), breach of contract or otherwise.

Other

If any provision of these Terms of Use is held by any competent authority to be invalid or unenforceable in whole or in part, the validity of the other provisions of these Terms of Use and the remainder of the provisions in question shall not be affected thereby.

Toy Connect reserves the right to change the Terms of Use at any time.

No Toy Connect employee or agent has the authority to vary any of the Terms of Use.

ANGLICARE Terms of Use

1.) ANGLICARE has the discretion to alter products, if required, to better meet the needs of those being served by the Christmas hamper program.

2.) Gifts will be distributed according to the processes developed for the ANGLICARE Christmas hamper program.

3.) Payments to Toy Connect are non-refundable.
